Overall, the process of paying Te Whatu Ora nursing staff the interim pay equity (PE) entitlements has gone well. However, a few issues have occurred and we have successfully raised some of these with Te Whatu Ora.
Additionally, there have been some important changes and improvements to the implementation of the process.
