The Society has just settled a new collective employment agreement (CEA) for Shorecare nursing staff.   

The new CEA is for a two-year period and involved a 7.5% increase to all pay rates and other benefits for this year, plus a further 6.5% increase from July 2024.

The agreement also includes an additional payment for Nurse Prescribers.   

The Society has negotiated this CEA for many years.  The CEA retains a profit-share provision - a benefit that was achieved some year ago.
