Previous policy to require all international arrivals into the country to self-isolate for 14 days had poor compliance.  Government has now border closed to all non-residents and non-citizens.  Key health professionals are exempt.

All arrivals will still be required to self-isolate for 14 days and will be subject to monitoring and spot checks to ensure compliance.   

Freight flights and cargo ships will still be able to arrive.
